Jeune Jewel (jeunejewel.com) is operated by Luiz Eduardo Malta, trading as an independent online retailer. Jeune Jewel is not currently a registered UK or Brazilian company; all sales are made directly by Luiz Eduardo Malta as an individual trader.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.
Orders are confirmed by email once payment is successfully processed. A contract of sale is formed at that point, not when you add an item to your cart.
Products are fulfilled through third-party dropship suppliers. Delivery times, packaging and product origin may vary by supplier - see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and to return faulty or misdescribed goods under UK consumer law - see our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
If you have a complaint we cannot resolve directly, UK residents can also contact their local Trading Standards or Citizens Advice service.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
This section explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, in line with UK GDPR.
What we collect: name, email address, delivery and billing address, order history, and payment confirmation (card details are handled directly by our payment processor - we never see or store full card numbers). We also collect basic browsing data via cookies.
Why we collect it: to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and - only if you opt in - send you marketing emails.
Who we share it with: your order and shipping details are shared with our dropship suppliers and shipping carriers solely to fulfil your order, which may involve transferring your name and delivery address to suppliers outside the UK, including China. We also use Wix.com as our website and payments infrastructure provider. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your rights: you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@jeunejewel.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies: we use cookies for essential site functionality, analytics, and marketing. You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner shown on this site.
Data retention: we keep order records for as long as required by UK tax law (currently 6 years) and delete other personal data when no longer needed.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We currently operate as a direct-to-consumer store and do not offer wholesale accounts. If you're interested in stocking Jeune Jewel products or a bulk-order partnership, email support@jeunejewel.com with your business details and we'll get back to you.
Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country in which you live. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
