SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All Jeune Jewel products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, primarily located overseas (including China). Because of this dropshipping model: estimated delivery time to the UK is 10-25 business days, depending on the product and supplier. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
For orders with a total consignment value of £135 or less, UK VAT is charged at checkout and included in your total price - there should be no additional charges on delivery. For orders over £135, UK import VAT and any applicable customs duty are collected by the courier before delivery, and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery times can be affected by customs processing and are estimates, not guarantees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period): under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To cancel, email support@jeunejewel.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends. Once you've told us you want to cancel, you then have 14 days to send the item(s) back. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will refund you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof that you've sent it back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items cannot be cancelled once unsealed for hygiene reasons (for example, opened cosmetics or beauty tools).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you can request a refund, replacement or repair. Within the first 30 days you're entitled to a full refund. Contact support@jeunejewel.com with your order number and a photo of the issue - we cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
How to start a return: email support@jeunejewel.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions.
